The client asked us for an automated solution for the reconditioning of the scraps brought. They were in need of a centralized system for maintaining and managing the records of employees. The client asked us for a supporting system for managing the inventory and recording the GST transactions systematically.
They also needed an organized system for managing the sales and for creating the concerned reports. They also asked for a system for managing and controlling cost of raw materials, transportation, consignment, suppliers etc. They were in need of a solution to manage the activities of labor in the reconditioning process.
Key Features
The users can create a purchase quotation with details before proceeding to purchase requisition.
The details of the product will automatically save to Goods Receipt Note (GRN) which can be used for future reference.
Reports on daily and monthly performance of sales can be prepared easily and it can be viewed by the employees also.
Reports can be filtered on the basis of branch, division and organization.
The GST transaction is automated in a single system so that it can be easily accessed by the employees.
The inventories are managed systematically where the user will have access to view the timely stock list. This will also enable the employees to get a view on the stocks.
The raw materials needed for the reconditioning process are taken care of properly. The cost inquired on raw materials, transportation and consignment are systematically updated in the system.
The details regarding the labor for the reconditioning process are recorded in two segments that are In-House and outsource.
The details regarding sales and sales return are recorded accurately in the system and the details can be generated easily against the sales invoice.
The activities of the employees and staff can be tracked and an analysis report on employees’ performance is updated in the system, which can be viewed by the employees in real-time.
The clients requirement was furnished in Asp.net-MVC 3 tier architecture SQL 2014 Cloud based server
