DDG International Berhad (DDG) is an emerging estate and trust planning provider and a conglomerate with diversified business interests in education, information technology, and media.

The client required a customized and scalable web application to track investment sales and manage advisors/agents and customers.
Key Features
Estrrado developed a web application tailored to the client’s requirements. The following are the main features:
- Password-secured login credentials to ensure that sensitive information remains secure.
- Dashboard with data regarding sales such as order count, total commissions, inactive and active advisors, etc.
- The admin has access to FAQs, announcements, training centers, and notification management.
- By clicking on New, the user can create questions give answers choose the product, and finally click on submit. If after submission any edits are required, they can be deleted or edited.
- The user can hide an FAQ in the Advisor portal by switching the status to off. They can also filter the FAQ list by entering the ID and searching.
- By clicking on the training center button, the user can upload/create the tutorial video by clicking +New. and can see how many of the customers have viewed the video. Following that, they can see what time the video has been created and updated. Lastly, under the action option, the user can edit and delete.
- With regards to customers, details such as name, submission date, amount, account number, bank name, etc.
- The admin has the option to add new members and assign roles.
- The admin can approve an order after the order details and supporting documents have been verified. Once the order is approved the advisor will get a notification regarding the approval and the order status will be changed to approved.
- The advisor has to enter all mandatory details and upload the required documents to complete signing up.
- In the advisor panel, a dashboard with information such as performance, commissions, sales, etc. can be seen.
Solution
With the requirements of the client, Estrrado developed a customized and scalable web application that could track sales and manage advisors/agents and customers effortlessly. The web application included the ability of the admin to monitor the commissions and orders made as well as the performance of the advisors/agents. Everything from customer information to product purchases could be managed within a single platform.
Result
The result was a web application that facilitated efficient and smooth management of the client’s entire operations within a single platform. Estrrado was able to provide a robust and effective web application that ensured all data was accounted for and that the stakeholders could stay on top of their sales without any hiccups.
